Ten of your family’s recipes, written down and bound into a book.
Some recipes have never been written down. They live in one person’s hands, measured by eye, and never taste quite the same when someone else makes them. This gift card is how you get them on paper while that person is still at the stove.
It commissions a Nivaala family cookbook. Give it to your parents, your sister, or the friend whose mother still makes the food they grew up on. Tell us who the cook is. We sit with them, record each recipe in their own words, and turn it into a cloth-bound book the family can keep and hand down.
