Kitchen Relay is coming to 40 Delhi kitchens. One city. One archive. Forty families.

Kitchen Relay is a living, traveling archive of food memory. A single, beautifully crafted Nivaala recipe keeper will pass through 40 Delhi families, each one adding a handwritten recipe, a story, a piece of themselves.

Some recipes only live in someone's hands.

We've all watched it happen. A grandmother passes, and with her goes the exact weight of spice in her biryani. A mother moves cities and the dough she kneaded every Sunday becomes a memory no one can quite replicate.

Kitchen Relay was built for those recipes. The ones that deserve to be written down, held, and passed on, before they're gone.

This keeper will travel through 40 Delhi families. Each will add a recipe. Each will add a story. What comes back is an archive of the city, told through its kitchens.

Simple by design. The keeper travels through Delhi, one kitchen at a time, collecting what no digital archive ever could, handwritten memory.

Sign Up

Fill in the form. Tell us which recipe you plan to add and where in Delhi you're based. We'll place you in the relay route.

Receive the Recipe Keeper

The Nivaala recipe keeper arrives at your door, hand-delivered. Inside: the recipes of every family before you.

Add Your Recipe

Handwrite your family recipe. Add the story, where it came from, who made it, why it matters. This is what we're preserving.

Capture the Moment

Photograph your page, your dish, your kitchen. The relay goes public.

Pass It Forward

Within 3 days, hand off to the next family. The keeper carries your story, and continues its journey through Delhi.

The Archive Lives

When all 40 families have contributed, the keeper becomes a complete archive. Every participant receives a digital copy of the full collection.
