This recipe of raw mango, mustard & balsamic vinegar salad dressing is developed by Chef Anuroopa for Jaipur Modern Kitchen, Rajasthan. It's made using the special raw mango mustard chutney-cum-cooking paste co-created under Legacy Kitchen Series.
Ingredients:- 1 Cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Aam kasundi
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- Mix & whisk well using a hand whisk until all ingredients emulsify
