Kasundi Balsamico

This recipe of raw mango, mustard & balsamic vinegar salad dressing is developed by Chef Anuroopa for Jaipur Modern Kitchen, Rajasthan. It's made using the special raw mango mustard chutney-cum-cooking paste co-created under Legacy Kitchen Series.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 Cup Extra virgin olive oil 
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Aam kasundi 
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup 
Method: 
  • Mix & whisk well using a hand whisk until all ingredients emulsify
